A new poll by NBC News Decision Desk has found that 63% of Americans are now disapproving of President Donald Trump's second term, a new low that could signal a warning for Republicans ahead of the midterm elections. The poll, conducted March 30 to April 13 among a national sample of 32,433 adults aged 18 and over, also found that only 37% of adults said they approved of Trump. The drop in job approval is largely attributed to dissatisfaction with the state of the nation's economy and the progression of the Iran war. The survey also found a new record low when it asked about the nation’s direction, with 67% of respondents believing the United States is on the wrong track.
