Las Vegas hosted Super Bowl 58 in 2024, with the Kansas City Chiefs defeating the San Francisco 49ers. The challenge is to build on this success and improve in 2029. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority CEO, Steve Hill, praised the success of the previous game and highlighted the need for innovation and talent. Peter O'Reilly, the NFL's executive vice president for club business, international & league events, also expressed interest in hosting the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl is returning to Las Vegas as NFL owners voted unanimously for the game to be held at Allegiant Stadium in 2025. This could signal a consistent relationship between the NFL and Southern Nevada.
