17-year-old arrested for exposing himself, attacking woman in Weston, police say

A 17-year-old boy, Anthony Gonzalez Tovar, has been charged with attempted sexual battery for allegedly exposing himself and attacking a woman in Weston, Florida. The incident occurred near the 16th century church where the boy's shoes were removed and he fled the scene. The boy is currently being processed at the Broward Juvenile Assessment Center.
