Home Depot Appliance Partner Abruptly Shuts Down, Files for Bankruptcy

Wren Kitchens, a kitchen retailer that partnered with Home Depot in 2024, has abruptly shut down its 15 brick-and-mortar stores in the US and filed for chapter seven liquidation bankruptcy. The UK-based company, which filed its Chapter 7 petition under its Wren US Holdings Inc., lists $100 million to $500 million in assets and is also facing a class action lawsuit alleging that no notice was given regarding the shuttering of the company or its physical stores.
