Plymouth police officer and her husband arrested amid sexual abuse allegations, DA says

Plymouth police officer Samantha Pelrine and her husband, Daniel Forand, were arrested by state police without incident. Pelrine had been placed on leave on March 17 amid a criminal investigation and is subject to an abuse prevention order filed in Plymouth District Court. The accuser alleges that they both sexually assaulted her until 2025 and physically assaulted her. The police are currently investigating the allegations.
