Brewers first baseman Andrew Vaughn is set to undergo surgery for a hamate bone fracture, which is expected to keep him out for up to four to six weeks. The injury occurred during Vaughn's Opening Day game against the White Sox. The Brewers have called up catching prospect Jefferson Quero in Vaughn's place.
