Early voting for the May 2 special elections in Harris County has begun on Monday, April 20, and runs until April 28. This includes the Texas Senate District 4 race, where Democrat Ron Angeletti is competing with Republican Brett Ligon. Additionally, voters will vote on a sales tax increase to help cover additional staffing costs. The early voting period is separate from the primary runoff election scheduled for May 26.
