Denver police alert about robbery mistakenly sent citywide

An emergency alert was mistakenly sent to the entire city after an armed robbery was reported. The alert was sent out for a one-block radius and was followed by a follow-up alert. No one was injured in the incident. The previous mistake was made regarding a person barricaded near the University of Denver.
