Selden Man Caught Driving Drunk With 12-year-old In Vehicle On Long Island Expressway In Holbrook: Police

A Selden man, Darren Guevara-Zavala, has been charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra's Law after being caught driving drunk with a child in his vehicle in Holbrook, New York. Guevaria was also charged with child endangerment for having a 12-year-old in the vehicle. The incident occurred on the Long Island Expressway.
