Saracen Casino and Resort in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is set to open a new state-of-the-art event center, with John Legend set to perform as headliner on June 13. The event center is designed for more than concerts, with plans to host banquets and be divided into five different rooms to allow multiple events in one night. The resort is also adding a 14-story hotel with over 300 rooms. The venue's schedule includes performances from Kool & the Gang, Great White and Slaughter, and Jake Owen.
