Hammer takes Republican Arkansas Secretary of State race

Arkansas Sen. Kim Hammer has been declared the winner of the Republican Secretary of State runoff election. Hammer, a current senator for District 16, will face Democrat Kelly Grahendhende and Libertarian Michael Pakko in the November general election. The winner was announced after the race went late into the night.
