Second suspect arrested in dollar store robbery that preceded fatal police shooting at Chicago hospital

The two officers were shot by a suspect at Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital in Chicago on April 25, 2026. One of the officers died and the other is in critical condition. The suspect is believed to be the second person arrested in relation to the incident.
