Man, 36, shot to death across street from Central Park in Harlem

A 36-year-old man was shot multiple times in the torso outside of an apartment building in Harlem, New York. The victim was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside, where he died. The gunman fled the scene and has not been apprehended.
