Police have detained a person of interest in the deaths of two half-sisters, whose bodies were found in suitcases on the city's East Side. The person was detained during the search but has not been arrested. The bodies were partially buried and had been in the area for a period of time before their discovery. Both children are Black, one between 8 and 13 years old and the other between 10 and 14 years old.
