The second season of Channel 4's reality show, Virgin Island, has returned with a new cast of 12 adult virgins exploring their relationship with intimacy. The show, supported by therapists, requires contestants to adhere to strict rules, including a ban on bringing phones with them during filming and access to their phones even after the show ends. Cast members were also allowed to make one phone call each week and not to have any real communication with their therapists after they finished the show. The rule also stipulates that no relationships with the therapists after the episode ends are severed, as a precaution to ensure any attachments formed don't "deepen" too far or "become weird".
