After a Spirit Airlines pilot's retirement flight was cancelled, staff from another airline, Southwest Airlines, arranged a special farewell ceremony for him. The ceremony included a water cannon salute, a traditional farewell flight, and cheers and champagne at the gate. The airline is ending its 34-year run and putting 17,000 people at risk.
