Missouri attorney general files lawsuit against manufacturer of 7-OH

The Missouri Attorney General, Catherine Hanaway, has filed a lawsuit against American Shaman, the manufacturer of the drug, 7-OH, alleging it is addictive, intoxicating and not regulated. The lawsuit also accuses American Shaman of marketing its product to minors and not disclosing the risks involved. The Department of Health and Senior Services (DHS) also joined the lawsuit. The drug's effects on the respiratory and coronary systems are three times greater than those of morphine. American Shaman's president and founder, Vince Sanders, maintains that the drug is safe and not addictive.
