A Massachusetts man, Andrew D. E. Emerald, has been indicted on eight counts of interstate transmission of threatening communications. The charges stem from a series of Facebook posts allegedly threatening to injure or kill former President Donald Trump between May and July 2025. If convicted, E.E. will face up to five years in prison.
