Germany's Julia Klöckner, president of the country's lower house of parliament, has arrived in Kiev for her first visit since taking office. She plans to express Germany's solidarity with Ukraine in the fifth year of Russia's invasion and discuss challenges to energy supplies and air defences. The trip was not announced in advance due to security reasons.
