Israeli paramedics are stationed at Magen David Adom's dispatch unit in Ramla, a 100-foot underground facility, amid alerts from Iranian missiles. The facility is equipped with a respirator system to provide clean air in case of conventional and nonconventional attacks. The MDA's deputy director and chief of staff, Uri Shacham, said the mission is to maintain the brain that continues to function regardless of external challenges. The information automatically transfers from the military to nearby ambulances and motorcycle medics. However, there are still paramedics who fear for their lives when the missiles strike.
