Decision Made On Plans To Convert Former Indeed Building Into 231-Unit Apartment Complex In Stamford

Real estate developer RMS Companies plans to convert the 16-story, 180,000-square-foot office building into 231 residential units, with 168 of which will be studio apartments. The apartment complex will also feature an extensive amenity package, including a half-hour basketball court, racquet court, and a rooftop pool. The Stamford Zoning Board approved the application without discussion.
