Greenberg again looks to defund Louisville conservation programs

The proposed cuts to the Jefferson County Soil and Water Conservation District and the Cooperative Extension office, represent a significant decrease in funding for both these departments. This move comes after similar cuts were rejected by the Louisville Metro Council two years ago. The proposal also includes a decrease in the funding for the future of the Cooperative Cooperative Extension.
