Duarte girl kidnapped in 2020 at 5 years old found safe in North Carolina

The Washington County Sheriff's Office has found 11-year-old Karen Rojas, who was kidnapped from Duarte in 2020 when she was just 5 years old, safely in North Carolina. The girl was found under an alias and was taken into protective custody by several agencies.
