Zeus Jones, a creative agency in Minneapolis, co-CEOs Rocky Novak and Brad Surcey, have been working together since July and went public with their shared title in September. The company, which was founded by Adrian Ho, Rob White, Eric Frost and Christian Erickson in 2007, is embracing new technology as fast as it becomes available and is now focusing on building proprietary tools for clients. Despite this, Novak insists that the company is as much a brand project as it is a technology project. The co-leaders have been able to lean on each other in ways they never could have anticipated. They are committed to creating a safe environment for their team and business.
