A 3.7 magnitude earthquake occurred near Carlsbad, New Mexico, on Monday morning. The epicenter was located 12 miles west of the city. The ripples extended to the surrounding area, with lighter tremors reaching Artesia and Roswell. This is not the first time an earthquake has occurred near the epicenter.
