The event, which uses nearly every part of the CHi Health Center, involves approximately 40,000-private investors from around the world attending a weekendlong festivity event. The Metropolitan Entertainment and Convention Authority (MECA) has been working for days to ensure the venue is ready for the event, and requires extensive coordination with city traffic crews and police to ensure safety. This marks the first meeting without CEO Warren Buffett and the first with Greg Abel, and the largest change in the company's Bag Policy since 2004.
