Felix Brandon Garcia, 24, has been arrested in connection with a 2024 shooting that killed Isaiah Guevara. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Oct. 26, 2024, at an apartment building in the 5300 block of Fredericksburg Road. The caller reported hearing gunshots at the building and found GueVara's door ajar with no signs of forced entry. A witness reported seeing a young adult male wearing a red hoodie leave Gueevara's apartment, followed by a teenage male in a black shirt and cap. Further investigation led to the arrest of a female suspect who initially refused to provide information about the males involved in the shooting.
