The "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" castmates have spoken out against the domestic violence allegations surrounding Taylor Taylor's season of "The Bachelorette," which was set to premiere on Sunday. Following the video's release, Disney confirmed that ABC had pulled Taylor's "Bacheloretter" season due to the allegations. The West Jordan Police Department in Utah confirmed that they received a domestic violence allegation involving Paul but did not specify the allegation or any potential charges. A spokesperson for Paul, who has three children with Mortensen, accused Mortensen of attempting to harm Taylor with a "never-ending, attention-seeking, destructive campaign" to harm their child. In 2023, Paul was charged with assault, criminal mischief and domestic violence in the presence of a child in connection with the incident, and court records indicate that he pleaded guilty in abeyance to an aggravated assault charge in August 2025.
