A mother and father allegedly abandoned their infant in a car left at a crime scene after stealing copper wire. The child was discovered after the vehicle was towed by police following a report of suspicious vehicles tampering with cable wires. The vehicle was found with cable wire protruding from the trunk and hand saws in it. Police also found a saw blade under the passenger seat. Angelina Williams and Ray Gibase, along with the child's father, were arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking, endangering the welfare of children, theft of secondary metal, and possession of an instrument of crime.
