The 2026 Chevrolet Equinox EV, a compact SUV with a starting price of approximately $35,100 and a range of between 319 to 356 miles on a full charge, is both affordable and efficient. The vehicle, which has been available since 2024, debuted more than two decades ago and is now the top-selling non-Tesla electric vehicle in 2025. Despite no major changes for the 2026 EV, it offers more power and is more economical in terms of fuel. It also offers a dual-motor that increases its output to 300 horsepower and 355 pound-feet of torque. The interior features an enormous 17.7-inch diagonal infotainment touchscreen and an 11-inch driver information center. However, the vehicle lacks Apple CarPlay integration and lacks easy access to phone functions.
