MadTree Brewing has appointed Rhiannon Hoeweler as its first CEO and its first COO, effective April 29. This follows a two-year leadership transition that saw the company reach its most profitable year since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Co-founders Kenny McNutt and Brady Duncan will remain co-foundering but focus on strategic vision, business development and expansion. The announcement was welcomed by Bart Watson, president and CEO of the Brewers Association, who encouraged the appointment.
