Restraining order called for against OK county jail trust chairman

A criminal justice nonprofit, the National Association of Human Rights, has requested a temporary restraining order against the financially troubled Oklahoma County jail trust and Chairman Jim Holman for what it calls "unlawful and unauthorized actions" in granting jail staff salaries. The request was filed in the state's court and has been assigned to Judge Don Andrews.
