Woman, 49, dies in e-bike accident after hitting curb in upper Manhattan

A 49-year-old woman, Dayanara Deschamps Betances, died after she was riding an electric bike in Manhattan and hit a curb, causing both her and her passenger to be ejected from the bike. The accident occurred on Amsterdam Ave. at W.182.
