Collingwood coach Craig McRae has stated that he won't let Scott Pendlebury's potential for breaking the VFL/AFL games record get in the way of his performance. Pendleburry, who had a 43-disposal best-on-ground performance against Essendon, is expected to be rested against Hawthorn on Thursday night due to the five-day break. If he misses either game, he would be on track to break the record against West Coast at the MCG. However, while Collingwood would like to celebrate his milestone in a home game, McRAE insists that the team is focused on their performance.
