German tourist, Faycal Manz, has sued New York City's famous taqueria Los Tacos No. 1 for claiming that the salsa was too spicy and left him with "nonstop pain" and a high pulse. Manz alleges that he had no idea about the dangers of the sauce and did not properly inquire about it. He argues that the restaurant should have warned him about the potential harm. He has requested $100,000 in damages for medical expenses, pain and suffering, emotional distress, and lost enjoyment of his New York trip.
