A woman was caught on camera vandalizing her ex-boyfriend's Tesla in a "petty" act of revenge following a bad split. The video, which gained over 400,000 views on Instagram, shows the woman repeatedly damaging the car, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage inside a garage. The man had allowed his ex-girlfriend to use his car to move her belongings out of their shared home after their split. Under California law, "vandalism" can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony depending on the dollar value of the damage. If the damage exceeds $400, the woman could face up to a year in county jail and hefty fines.
