Senior catcher Colin Quinn has a long history of athletes at St. Rita, including his father, Kevin, a standout baseball player, and his great uncle, Billy Marek. His late grandfather, Bob Quinn, was a legendary football coach for the Mustangs. Quinn is also a standout player for the team and has been instrumental in their success. He is currently hitting.543 with two home runs and a team-high 14 RBIs. Coach John Nee credits Quinn's success to hard work over the years. Despite previous struggles, Quinn remains committed to baseball and believes it is in his blood to learn about life from it.
