Villanova grad Pope Leo XIV to receive Liberty Medal

Pope Leo XIV is being honored with the National Constitution Center's Liberty Medal, joining a list of past recipients including the Dalai Lama and the cast of the Broadway show "Hamilton". The honor coincides with the 250th anniversary of the nation's founding. The Liberty Medal was created in 1988 and honours individuals embodying American ideals of liberty, free speech, and religious freedom.
