Teen Driver Identified Who Died In Leesburg Crash

The 18-year-old driver of the vehicle, identified as Luke Kinke, died after a single-vehicle crash in Leesburg, Virginia. The incident occurred about 6:19 a.m. and occurred on Dry Mill Road. The driver was transported to a local hospital and died from his injuries.
