DOJ Names 42 New Immigration Judges

The Department of Justice has appointed 42 new immigration judges, appointed by the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), including those from California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The appointees were chosen after a thorough vetting process and will rule based on the law, not politics.
