Tionne Spears, a 26-year-old woman from Texas, has been arrested for running over an already dead body on the scene of an active investigation. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office apprehended Spears after she drove into a barricaded crime scene and nearly ran over the victim. The victim, who was knocked over by another car and fatally struck by another, was identified as a 61-year old man. Both drivers from the first two cars remained with authorities and no one else was injured in the incident. Spears was found with khat, a substance reportedly making people more resistant to pain when taken.
