Quiet, cool conditions return to southeast Georgia, northeast Florida, after much-needed rain

A recent cold front has led to a period of quiet weather in southeast Georgia and northeast Florida, with temperatures expected to remain below normal and low-key conditions. After sunrise, light northerly winds will settle in as high pressure builds over the region, leading to noticeably cooler temperatures and a decrease in humidity. The next chance of rain is expected to occur late Wednesday into Thursday.
