Spanish energy company Repsol is set to sell a 49% stake in its largest portfolio of ‘renewable assets in Spain to UAE's Masdar. The deal is reportedly in its final stages and is expected to be formalised within weeks. This move is part of a larger effort by Masdar to expand into the Iberian market.
