'Super Mario Galaxy Movie' character cameos, from Star Fox to post-credits scene

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, now playing in theaters, features several characters from across Nintendo's video game roster. The film, which is about to release, features a low-key crossover with Super Smash Bros. by bringing in characters from all Nintendo spectrum. Glen Powell voices Fox McCloud, the spaceship-piloting fox first introduced in the 1993 adventure game Star Fox. Other characters from Team Star Fox, including Falco Lombardi, Peppy Hare, and Slippy Toad, also appear. The main villain of Super Mario Bros. 2 arrives in an underground casino in the film's in-between Nintendo-themed world. Princess Daisy was the surprise reveal in the post-credits scene. A third Mario movie has yet to be announced.
