Asa Ellerup, the ex-wife of the Gilgo Beach killer, has revealed that she is now living in the "kill room" of her ex-husband, Rex Heuermann, where he brought seven of his victims, three of whom he dismembered. The revelation was made during a private meeting with Ellerups and revealed that he confessed to his crimes. Ellerupt has since remodelled the space into a functional basement and is trying to convey spiritual meaning for the victims.
