Steven Dodson Jr., 21, is accused of shooting a 2-year-old boy to death during a domestic dispute at an apartment complex in the Hillcrest area. The child was identified as A’mahri Robinson. Police say the incident occurred during a dispute and that Dodson left the home after the shooting while other adults and two other children under 10 remained there. He was arrested less than 24 hours after the incident.
