Some residents of an Orange County apartment building have been evacuated due to possible structural concerns. The situation occurred early Thursday morning along West Sand Lake Road near Turkey Lake Road at The Rialto. Some ground-floor businesses are also affected by the evacuation. The incident occurred shortly before 5 a.m.
