Trey Kaufman-Renn's late tip-in secured a spot in the Elite Eight for No. 2 Purdue, securing a victory over 11th-seeded Texas in the Sweet 16. The victory extended a remarkable NCAA Tournament run for Purdue. The team will now face top-seeding Arizona in the next round. Texas star Tramon Mark scored 29 points, the most by a Texas player in an NCAA Tournament game since Kevin Durant in 2007.
