The US Treasury yields have remained largely flat after President Donald Trump announced an indefinite extension of the ceasefire with Iran. The 10-year Treasury note yield, the key benchmark for U.S. government borrowing, remained largely unchanged at 4.297%. The longer-dated 30-year bond yield also rose by more than a basis point. The announcement comes after reports that an expected trip by Vice President JD Vance to Pakistan for peace talks with Iran has been postponed.
