A New Survey Just Picked America’s Best Fast-Food Burger & It’s Sure To Spark Debate

A survey conducted by YouGov has named Five Guys as America's best fast-food burger, with 15.5% of respondents giving it the top spot. The survey also revealed that Five Guys was the unhealthiest cheeseburger in a 2025 PlushCare study, with a 50-point "unhealthiness score. Despite this, Five Guys' Bacon Cheeseburger is one of the higher-ranked fast-order burgers with 52 grams of protein from two fresh beef burger patties, crispy Applewood-smoked bacon, and additional toppings. Other notable fast-forward food winners included Taco Bell, In-N-Out, Wendy's, and McDonald's.
